Íana's Soothing Nourishing Massage Balm prepares and relaxes muscles and ligaments before or after physical activity or daily exertion. With extracts of holy basil, organic arnica (0.05%), white willow, and lavender essential oil, it combines relaxing power and sensory softness without a greasy sensation. Clinically tested on 40 volunteers for four weeks, it demonstrated good skin tolerance.

Apply morning and night to desired areas (back, neck, shoulders, lower back, wrists, hands, knees, ankles), massaging gently in a circular motion until fully absorbed. Can be used before and after exercise or for post-workout relaxation. Use twice daily as needed.

For external use only. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin. Test on a small area before first use. Not recommended for children under 15 years of age, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes; in case of contact, rinse with vegetable oil. Wash hands after application.
