Arkofemina Menstrual Cycle combines Yarrow, which contributes to well-being during menstruation, with Ginger, which promotes digestion. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity. Vitamins B6, B9, and B12 also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended daily intake: From 12 years of age, 1 tablet per day, from the first days of menstruation, with a large glass of water.

Recommendations: If taking this product simultaneously with anticoagulants, consult your doctor. Not recommended in cases of known cross-allergy, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from light, heat and moisture.

Bulking agent: cellulose - Yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.) aerial part extract (250mg) - Ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) rhizome extract (100 mg) - Anti-caking agents: Cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and magnesium salts of fatty acids - Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) (0.5 μg - 20%*) - Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.28 mg - 20%*) B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.28 mg - 20%*) - Vitamin B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) (40 μg - 20%*).
