This pencil combines a smooth, water-resistant gel texture with a 2mm retractable tip for ultra-precise application along the lash line or waterline. The Ocean Eyes (090) shade adds a touch of deep blue that intensifies the look without fading, keeping makeup flawless all day and night.

- Rotate the retractable tip to expose approximately 2 mm of product. - Apply along the upper or lower lash line as desired. - For a softer effect, lightly smudge with a fine brush or cotton swab before the formula dries. - Reapply for extra intensity.
