Gold Nutrition Hydrate Isotonic is an isotonic powder drink that provides carbohydrates, mineral salts and electrolytes essential for maintaining water and energy balance during physical exercise. Its formula contains a combination of different types of sugars that optimize the absorption and use of energy.

Dissolve 1 level scoop (approximately 40 g) in 500 ml of water. Drink during physical exercise in small sips every 15–20 minutes.

In the case of diabetic individuals, attention should be paid to the sugar content and exercise should be managed according to the needs of the blood glucose level. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it should be recommended by a health professional. Special attention should be paid in cases of kidney failure.

Dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin, magnesium citrate, flavoring, acidity regulator (citric acid), iodized salt, coloring (beta-carotene) and potassium citrate.
