Gold Nutrition Electrolytes provide sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, essential for maintaining fluid balance and muscle function. Ideal for athletes or those exposed to intense heat, they help prevent cramps, fatigue, and dehydration. Dissolving quickly in water, they're practical and tasty.

Dissolve 1 stick in 500 ml of water. Consume during or after intense physical activity or in cases of dehydration. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not recommended for people with severe kidney failure or in case of allergy to any of the components.
